4 or 4,5 mm crochet hook
matching yarn (worsted weight; I used Lana Grossa Biosoja,
a soft organic yarn made of Soy, Cotton and Bamboo)
Terms used
ch = chain
sc = single crochet
st = stitch
slpst = slip stitch
hdc = half double crochet
join = join with slpst
The hat is worked in rounds. At the end of each row the round is closed with a slip stitch in the first stitch of the row. The new row starts with one or two sc's.
The ears are worked in spirals. The rows are not closed. The new row starts in the first stitch of the previous row.

Fold the circle in half to make an half-cirkle. sc around the edge (sc through stitches of both halves) (15 sc)

Stich the ears to the hat.
